Join our team as an Administrative Executive and play a key role in supporting our operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage schedules, records, and correspondence to keep operations organised.
- Assist in preparing reports, invoices, and tracking expenses.
- Support the sales and purchasing teams by handling customer inquiries and preparing documents.
- Help coordinate inventory, orders, and logistics to maintain smooth operations.
- Oversee office organisation, supplies, and maintenance needs.
- Collaborate with team members and provide support to ensure seamless workflows.
- Report and take on ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Deputy General Manager.
What We’re Looking For:
- A Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in administration or sales support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-player attitude.
- Singaporean, Permanent Resident (PR) preferred.
