Join our team as an Administrative Executive and play a key role in supporting our operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage schedules, records, and correspondence to keep operations organised.
  • Assist in preparing reports, invoices, and tracking expenses.
  • Support the sales and purchasing teams by handling customer inquiries and preparing documents.
  • Help coordinate inventory, orders, and logistics to maintain smooth operations.
  • Oversee office organisation, supplies, and maintenance needs.
  • Collaborate with team members and provide support to ensure seamless workflows.
  • Report and take on ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Deputy General Manager.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • A Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in administration or sales support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-player attitude.
  • Singaporean, Permanent Resident (PR) preferred.
