Ocean Knowledge has developed a unique method of bursting the seaweed/kelp cells without using chemicals or high heat, but a pressure system to keep the extract as close to its natural properties as possible and 100% soluble. This system was carefully designed in-house to obtain the freshest and purest extract derived from hand-harvested Ascophyllum nodosum. This technique enables Ocean Knowledge to retain as much as possible the bioactive molecules naturally present within Ascophyllum nodosum, we call it Gentle Extraction.

Vision
In the near future, we aim to continue our growth in becoming the main supplier of seaweed/kelp fertilizer to the sports turf and agriculture markets. We expect to more than double our full-time workforce and distribute to 35 countries worldwide over the next five years. In doing so, we aim to be entirely carbon-neutral by the year 2025.
