Directions and Usage
BioKelp Plus® 0-3-2 can be applied throughout the growing season to cool, transitional and warm season grasses, trees and ornamentals. This product is intended to supplement a regular fertilization program. BioKelp Plus® 0-3-2 will not, by itself, provide all the nutrients normally required by plants.
GREENS / TEES / FAIRWAYS:
Apply 4 fl.oz./1,000 ft2 (120 mL/93 m2) to greens and tees each month throughout the growing season. Apply 2 fl.oz./1,000 ft2 (60 mL/93 m2) monthly to fairways.
Make the first application of BioKelp Plus 0-3-2 during the initial stages of growth. Frequent light applications are more effective than infrequent heavy applications.
TREES / SHRUBS:
Mix 64 fl.oz. (2 L) of BioKelp Plus® 0-3-2 in 100 gallons (375 L) of water and apply 5 gallons (20 L) of mix per inch (2.5 cm) of trunk diameter at breast height. Tank mix should be injected in a circular grid pattern starting 1 ft (30 cm) from trunk and continuing 2 ft (30 cm) past the drip line.
ORNAMENTALS:
Mix 3 fl.oz. (90 mL) of BioKelp Plus® 0-3-2 in 4 gallons (15 L) of water and spray to runoff.
COMPATIBILITY WITH OTHER MATERIALS:
BioKelp® 0-3-2 is compatible with most technical materials. However, it is not compatible with materials containing liquid Calcium. If compatibility is uncertain, perform a jar test.
CONVERSION CHART:
1 oz. of BioKelp Plus® 0-3-2 = 0.0021 lbs. P2O5 and 0.0014 lbs. K2O.
